Facilities The facilities at the Ibogaine Clinic provide our patients with the safety, security, and comfort that they need during their recovery period. By delivering the most welcoming surroundings possible our patients feel that they are much stronger during their recovery period, giving them an ever higher standard of success.Our treatment facility is located on the tranquil coast of Mexico, surrounded by beautiful beaches and luscious vegetation. The privacy and security of our patients is important to us, and we take these matters seriously and with the utmost respect. Although our center looks much like a beachfront resort, it is fully staffed with fully licensed medical personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to attend to the medical needs of our patients as they are required. Each of our patients is constantly monitored and attended to by registered nurses and licensed medical doctors, and each member of our staff has completed thorough training in the management of drug and alcohol dependency, and are Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified. We take great pride in providing our patients with the highest standard of medical care and comfort during their stay with us. Also on staff are certified professional counselors, ready to help our patients after they complete the detox process. Our patients work with our counselors to identify the core problem which stemmed their substance addiction and learn the life skills necessary to better manage a similar situation in the future so that they can stay clean. Among the focuses of our counseling therapies include identifying the source of the addiction—some examples are trauma, problems with decision making, and hazardous lifestyles—and then creating methods and solutions our patients can apply to problems they face in their life when they are tempted to relapse.  During their recovery, our patients lodge in comfortable suites complete with all the conveniences necessary for a restful and secure stay, including air conditioning and meals prepared upon request.
